Price/Acquisition Method: Comes with the Sandlot Stick
Construction: Two piece; rigid (but thin) plastic; diamond hole pattern on one side of the ball
Pros: Same wall thickness as the original wiffle ball. Unique diamond pattern on top gives the ball good movement and speed. The break on the ball is very consistent pitch to pitch. Standard wiffle ball size.
Cons: This ball has a lot of potential but the construction is shoddy at best. Before we were able to test the balls, one of them broke in half down the seam. The surviving ball was not used for hitting because we were concerned about breaking it before we could even take a picture to show what it looks like. We assume it has the same amount of carry when hit as a regular wiffle ball.
