Junk Ball – Unbreakaball

Price/Acquisition Method:  Comes with the Junk Ball Revolution Bat
Construction:  Two piece; rigid, but thin, plastic; “scuff marks” on one side of the ball; row of divots around the circumference

Pros:  This is the first ball we’ve tested where we can find no positive aspects. The design is horrible and it throws even worse. The best way to describe it is the original junk ball with the colored band molded into the ball instead of a separate piece.

Cons:  Everything. We thought the original junk ball was a good design with the exception of the band coming off when hit hard. We were hoping they improved on that concept because that original ball did create good movement and velocity. They, however, decided to go in a different direction. This ball would be better suited being attached to a $5 jumbo bat and ball combo you pick up at the dollar store.

Grade:  F-

  1. I was wondering if you’ve ever experimented with a pickleball? I’m looking at starting a league in Colorado Springs and know that those are more durable than most wiffleballs. Thanks.

  2. ARE YOU KIDDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111111111THIS IS THE BEST BALL EVAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111111111

  3. Have you guys ever tried the Franklin Aero-Strike balls! I like them, but the do break over time. You can throw a very nasty drop or 12-6 curve with this ball. Their sell point is that the ball is air pressurized. I would give this ball a B.

  4. Hey Chad! Have you ever tried the Stee-Rike 3 balls? They were originally used for normal bats as BP or something like that. My friends and i use them and they are amazing. I have blasted one about 135 ft. before and it was amazing. They work really well with almost all wiffle ball bats. The only thing is they will crack over time after much use. Please check them out and tell me what you think!
